Overview

We aim to be clear, fair, and transparent. Different refund rules apply depending on whether you purchased a digital product, an audit, a consulting/service engagement, or a custom implementation.

Because many products are digital and can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited once access has been delivered, unless there is a duplicate payment, technical delivery issue, or a specific written refund promise on the product page.

Digital products

Digital products may include manuals, PDFs, templates, guides, frameworks, checklists, prompt libraries, worksheets, recordings, Notion/Google Drive resources, or other downloadable/access-based materials.

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, downloaded, delivered, or emailed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI Authority System Core
  • AI Authority System Pro
  • downloadable templates
  • digital frameworks
  • paid guides
  • product updates or bonus materials

Non-refundable items

Exceptions to the non-refundable rule may be considered only where:

  • you were charged twice for the same purchase
  • you paid but did not receive access due to a technical issue
  • the wrong product was delivered
  • a refund guarantee was clearly stated on the specific product page at the time of purchase

Failed delivery / access issues

If you purchased a digital product and did not receive access, contact us with your name, purchase email, product purchased, transaction ID or payment proof, and a screenshot of the issue if available. We will verify the payment and attempt to restore access or resend the product before considering a refund.

Duplicate payments

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product or service, contact us with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded to the original payment method where possible.

Service bookings

For service calls, audits, strategy sessions, consulting, and implementation work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the engagement. If work has not started, rescheduling or a partial refund may be considered depending on the situation. If preparation, audit work, research, strategy, documentation, analysis, implementation, or delivery has already started, the payment may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work completed.

AI Visibility Audits

AI Visibility Audits involve manual research, prompt testing, analysis, documentation, and interpretation. Once audit work has started, the audit fee is generally non-refundable. If an audit cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side, we may offer rescheduling, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Authority Infrastructure / Conviction OS / consulting services

Custom service engagements may include Authority Infrastructure builds, Conviction OS deployments, automation workflows, website/system work, AI visibility implementation, product documentation, or consulting. Refunds for custom services are governed by the specific proposal, invoice, written agreement, or email confirmation for that engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • upfront deposits are used to reserve time and begin work
  • completed work is non-refundable
  • partially completed work may be billed proportionally
  • delays caused by missing client inputs do not automatically qualify for a refund
  • changes in client priorities do not automatically qualify for a refund
  • dissatisfaction caused by not following agreed implementation steps does not automatically qualify for a refund

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a call or service engagement, contact us as early as possible. Missed calls, late cancellations, or failure to provide required inputs may reduce or remove refund eligibility.

Chargebacks and disputes

If there is an issue with your purchase, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in cancellation of access, refusal of future service, and submission of delivery/access proof to the payment processor.

No guarantee of outcomes

Refunds are not provided because a product, audit, framework, or service did not produce a specific business, ranking, AI citation, financial, career, platform, audience, or personal outcome. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, AI recommendations, conversions, virality, job offers, audience growth, or any specific external result.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or support with access, contact us and include your full name, purchase email, product or service purchased, date of purchase, payment proof or transaction ID, the reason for the request, and screenshots if relevant.

Processing time

Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or checkout platform.
